We want you to have precise information regarding delivery times - shipping costs - returns - refunds:


- Delivery of the work: FREE in FRANCE. Single price INTERNATIONAL 60€.

Galerie TACT will have the work delivered to the address indicated when ordering within an average period of 15 days in France (the period may be significantly extended in August), only very rarely exceeding 20 days in abroad (depending on the departure address and destination of the work). The delivery note must be signed by the buyer himself, this serving as proof in the event of a complaint from the buyer. The buyer is responsible for informing the carrier of any reservations (damage, etc.) regarding the contents of the delivery or for informing Galerie TACT by email within 24 hours of receipt.


- Order compliance

The delivery note will be proof of its contents. All works are sold on the site with a detailed description of them stipulating among other things the support, the number of prints, the origin of the work and any other known element specific to each work. The work can be returned if the contents of the delivery do not correspond to the slip.

- Satisfied or refunded

During a period of 7 working days from the delivery date of your order, you have the possibility of contacting us (by e-mail at info@galerietact.com) to return the work intact in its original packaging. origin, stipulating if possible the reason for the request. Galerie TACT will then offer to exchange your work or will reimburse you for the amount of your order (less shipping costs for the work) and will tell you the terms and conditions for returning it. This provision complies with article L. 121-16 of the Consumer Code. Shipping costs (A/R) and risks relating to the return of a work are the responsibility of the customer.

You will be delivered by a carrier within 24 working hours in large cities (some cities can be delivered within 48 hours). Your order is delivered to you at the foot of the building or at the doorstep for houses (if accessible with a pallet truck).
Please note that the carrier does not make appointments for this type of delivery. However, the Galerie TACT delivery service will contact you by telephone the same day your order is shipped, to ensure your presence on the delivery day.

If you are absent during delivery, a notice will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier and arrange an appointment. You may then be charged a second presentation fee.
