Hindbag was operating on PrestaShop with increasing technical constraints and imperfect mobile journeys. The objective: gain implementation speed, simplify daily management, and offer a clear customization experience for the user.
Project Objectives
1. Replatform to Shopify Plus without service interruption.
2. UX & mobile-first design redesign aligned with Hindbag's identity.
3. Develop an accessory customization module that is easy to configure on the back-office side and fluid on the front-end.

Lessons Learned
