To the question of switching to Magento 2, the women's shoe brand Patricia Blanchet preferred to respond by migrating from its Magento 1 to Shopify. In question, a more intuitive platform for its daily e-commerce management, and greater room for development thanks to the Shopify app store.

We accompanied Patricia Blanchet with pleasure in her migration, with different objectives:

• Maintain an almost identical look & feel at the front, so that the transition is not felt by its customers.
• Do not lose the SEO positioning acquired over several years.
• Take advantage of the move to Shopify to add new features beneficial to the customer experience, such as a loyalty program, stock alert, automated translation.

Our graphics team was able to offer consistent models on demand, with essential UX/UI improvements for desktop and mobile.

We customized a Shopify theme in development to closely match the appearance of the old Magento, making only the necessary improvements.
The advanced features of Magento were also able to be reproduced on Shopify in development, such as the integration of GIFs in collections pages, or personalized management of color variants.

We performed a complete migration of content from Magento to Shopify: products, categories, blog posts, orders, customer accounts, promo codes.

We combined several Shopify apps to optimize the website, such as for personalization and translation of transactional emails.

This migration with redesign was completed in three months.
