The Frankie Shop chose our certified Shopify agency for its two-phase digital project: improving the design and user experience of its website, and offering a service adapted to its customers' location.

Redesign of the US online sales website

First, we applied our e-commerce expertise to refine our client's mock-ups. After choosing the most suitable theme for the project, we intervened in development to achieve a unique, clean design, completely in line with the brand image.

We also developed essential e-commerce functionalities for seamless shopping: the ability to view all product images directly from the collection page, and the quick shop, entirely developed via a concise and efficient pop-up.

The product page was customized to display two photos per line on desktop, with an image slider showing one photo per line on mobile to offer a maximized product view on all devices.

We also improved the user experience by installing a new stock alert app, more sophisticated than the one previously used by The Frankie Shop. This allowed us to achieve a design perfectly in line with the brand identity through CSS adjustments, as well as streamline back office management.

Finally, we developed a unique blog system to obtain an unstructured layout in each blog post, the ultimate differentiating detail.

Creation of a dedicated European website

In parallel, we opened an online store exclusively for the brand's European customers. This involved implementing a geolocation app and a specific back-office configuration to restrict delivery addresses.

In terms of design and features, we duplicated the work done on the new American site to ensure a smooth transition for regular users.
